Original language: uk1. Умови поставки Товару: DDP склад призначення. Транспортні витрати по доставці товару в місце призначення включені в ціну товару. Ціна за одиницю Товару включає витрати на завантажувальні та розвантажувальні роботи.
2. Адреси складів Вантажоотримувачів (місце та кількість поставки товару): викладено у Таблиці 2 цього Додатку.
3. Вимоги до товару: Товар є неушкодженим. Товар, який постачається є новим, не перебував в експлуатації, терміни та умови його зберігання не порушені. Товар (упаковка) містить інформацію відповідно до стандартів виробника, яка надає змогу: ідентифікувати Товар, його походження, дату виробництва.
4. Країною походження запропонованого товару не може бути Російська Федерація, Білорусь або Ісламська Республіка Іран.
5. Вимоги до тари та упаковки: Тара (упаковка) забезпечує повну цілісність Товару при транспортуванні усіма видами транспорту. Вартість тари (упаковки) включено в загальну вартість (ціну) товару. Тара (упаковка) – незворотна.
6. Вимоги до транспортування: транспортування таким видом транспорту, що відповідає правилам перевезення, умовам навантаження та кріплення вантажів, що діють для певного виду транспорту, із забезпеченням захисту виробів від пошкодження та атмосферних впливів, цілісності пакування та якості виробів. При транспортуванні та зберіганні виробів прийняті заходи для захисту їх від механічних пошкоджень, дії атмосферних опадів та теплової дії (прилади опалювання, пряме сонячне проміння). Транспортування та зберігання виробів згідно з інструкцією виробника.
7. Рік виготовлення товару: не більше 12 місяців на дату поставки. Терміни та умови зберігання Товару не порушені.
8. Строк поставки Товару: протягом 30 календарних днів з дати підписання Договору.
9. Гарантійний строк (термін) на товар становить 12 місяців з дати поставки.
10. Перелік документів, що надаються при постачанні кожної партії Товару:
- Документ що підтверджує якість на Товар, що поставляється, в разі якщо такий передбачений виробником на даний тип продукції запропонованої до постачання (паспорт та/або сертифікат якості та/або інструкцію з експлуатацією тощо);
- Висновок державної санітарно-епідеміологічної експертизи (ДСЕЕ), якщо такий передбачений на даний вид продукції.
