Original language: uk1. Поданням цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не має походження з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь, Ісламської Республіки Іран.
2. При визначенні системою переможця, у день такого визначення, він заповнює та надсилає на електронну пошту замовника mtz_pkeu@post.mil.gov.ua заповнений з його боку договір.
3. Одночасно із підписанням договору учасник безкоштовно може надавати разом із підписаними примірниками Договору зразки товарів (по 1 штуці) у споживчому пакуванні (тари/упаковки) цього товару заводу/фабрики/підприємства-виробника, зазначеного в специфікації.
4. Передбачено забезпечення виконання договору у розмірі 3% від суми (ціни) договору.
5. Переможець процедури закупівлі під час укладення договору про закупівлю повинен надати відповідну інформацію про право підписання договору про закупівлю та про кінцевого бенефіціарного власника.
