Delivery of goods takes place during 2026 according to the order by the Participant's special transport from 7:00 to 10:00. Delivery of goods in batches based on the Customer's request to a separate location according to orders (3-A Ivan and Yuriy Lipa St.; 30/1 Ak. Sakharov St.).
In fulfillment of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the basic principles and requirements for the safety and quality of food products", the Supplier – manufacturer must have an operating permit for activities related to the production and/or storage of food products of animal origin (A Supplier whose activities do not require an operating permit must have confirmation of the registration of facilities used at any stage of production and/or circulation of food products, with reference to the personal registration number in the State Register of Food Business Operators).
Loading and unloading of goods is carried out by the Supplier's representatives. The driver of the transport or persons accompanying the food products must be provided with sanitary clothing (robe, gloves, etc.).
Transport vehicles used for the supply of Goods ensure the preservation of the Goods during transportation, must have all necessary permits, including documents for transport for the carriage of Goods that are objects of sanitary supervision, as well as ensuring the necessary temperature regime during the transportation of Goods, in accordance with the technical regulations for the Goods.
The driver (expeditor) or other persons involved in the execution of the contract must have a personal medical book with a valid entry at the time of each delivery of goods.
Along with each batch of goods, accompanying primary documentation must be provided (delivery note, certificate of conformity or quality certificate, or other document confirming their origin, safety and quality, compliance with state standards, sanitary and hygienic requirements). Such a document must be valid considering the shelf life of the goods.
The goods must be in appropriate packaging with the necessary marking (date and time of manufacture), which corresponds to the nature of the goods and protects them from damage during delivery.
In fulfillment of the requirements of Article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "On the basic principles and requirements for the safety and quality of food products", the Supplier – manufacturer must provide a certified copy of the operating permit for activities related to the production and/or storage of food products of animal origin. A Supplier whose activities do not require an operating permit must provide confirmation of the registration of facilities used at any stage of production and/or circulation of food products, with reference to the personal registration number in the State Register of Food Business Operators.
