1. Порівняння пропозицій учасників проводиться без урахування розміру податку на додану вартість. Учасник зазначає загальну ціну без ПДВ.
2. Учасник, пропозиція якого за результатами оцінки електронною системою закупівель визначена економічно вигідною, обов’язково повинен надати на електронну адресу замовника o.osheka@ars.atom.gov.ua із зазначенням предмета закупівлі та ідентифікатора закупівлі (у форматі UA-2026-ХХ-ХХ-ХХХХХХ-Y) не пізніше 2 робочих днів з моменту оцінки, наступні документи:
- заповнений проект договору;
- заповнену специфікацію відповідно до додатку до договору.
3. Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
4. Необхідний строк поставки товарів: Сторонами погоджено, що товар поставляється Постачальником протягом 40 календарних днів з дати укладання договору.
5. Місце та умови поставки: склад філії «ВП «Атомремонтсервіс», Київська область, м. Славутич, на умовах DDP згідно з «Інкотермс».
6. Повна оплата поставленої Продукції відбувається протягом 45 календарних днів з моменту постачання Продукції при наданні електронної податкової накладної, оформленої та зареєстрованої в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних у встановленому чинним законодавством порядку.
