Original language: ukПередача Товару здійснюється партіями, асортимент та кількість якого зазначені в Талонах. Обсяг та строки постачання кожної партії визначаються Покупцем в залежності від науково-виробничої потреби у постачанні Товару. Постачальник зобов’язаний передати Покупцю Талони протягом 3 календарних днів з дня отримання заявки від Покупця. Передача Товару здійснюється Покупцю цілодобово по Талонах Постачальника, що є підставою для відвантаження Товару з АГЗС, які обслуговують Талони Постачальника. Постачальник зобов’язаний відвантажити Товар одразу після пред’явлення представником покупця Талонів. Місце поставки Талонів: 42343, Сумська обл., Сумський р-н, с. Сад, вул. Паркова, 3. Місце поставки Товару: на АГЗС Постачальника в м. Суми (не менше 1 АГЗС), м. Київ (не менше 2 АГЗС). Строк дії Талонів – не менше 6 місяців з дня передачі Талонів Покупцю на підставі накладної. Фактом подання пропозиції Учасник гарантує та підтверджує, що Товар, який постачатиметься за Договором, не має походження з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь та Ісламської Республіки Іран, не вироблений на території зазначених держав, не містить сировини, матеріалів, комплектуючих або складових, що мають походження з цих держав, а також не ввезений з їх території.
