1. Conditions for delivery of goods: st. Akademika Amosova, building 83, Zaporizhzhia region, Zaporizhzhia city, Oleksandrivskyi district, 69063. Delivery of goods to the customer is carried out in packaging up to 5 kg in accordance with Annex 1.2 to the Agreement. Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse and/or return of goods (if the goods offered by the Supplier do not meet the Buyer's requirements for quality and technical characteristics) is carried out by the Supplier's transport and at the Supplier's expense. Unloading, loading, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse and/or return of goods (if the goods offered by the Supplier do not meet the Buyer's requirements for quality and technical characteristics) is carried out by the Supplier's forces and at the Supplier's expense. 2. Delivery of goods is carried out by the Supplier personally or with the involvement of third parties - transport forwarders. In case of delivery of goods under this Agreement with the involvement of transport forwarders, the Supplier shall, in advance, but no later than one day before the date of shipment of goods to the transport forwarder for delivery to the Buyer, inform the Buyer of the transport forwarder's details, the quantity and characteristics of the shipped goods, the list of accompanying and technical documents for the goods, and the date of arrival of the goods at the destination in accordance with this Agreement. 3. Delivery period of goods: at the request of the Buyer and within the period specified by the Buyer (5 working days), but no later than 25.12.2026. Early delivery may be made only with the written consent of the Buyer. 4. From the moment of transfer of goods to the Buyer, ownership of the goods and the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the Goods pass. 5. The cost of goods under this Agreement is indicated including the cost of delivery of goods, its unloading, and all taxes and fees. 6. The price and cost of goods supplied under this Agreement are indicated in the national currency of Ukraine (hryvnia) in the Specification and invoice/delivery note, waybill. The Supplier undertakes to supply the Goods at prices agreed with the Buyer. 7. Payments under this Agreement are made in the national currency of Ukraine (hryvnia) based on the delivery note in accordance with the invoice provided by the Supplier, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of their receipt from the Supplier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and in the manner prescribed by the Budget Code of Ukraine.
