The procurement is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" and "Specifics of Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services for Customers Provided for by the Law of Ukraine 'On Public Procurement', during the period of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days of its termination or repeal", approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 12.10.2022 No. 1178 (as amended).

All documents related to the tender proposal and prepared directly by the participant for participation in this procurement procedure shall be drawn up in Ukrainian. * Note: If the participant provides any documents in a foreign language issued by state authorities, enterprises/institutions/organizations as part of the tender proposal, such documents must be translated into Ukrainian and must be certified by the signature and seal (if used) of the participant, or a translation agency/translator, or a notary. (the participant is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the translation). Design and technical documentation, personal documents (driver's licenses, passports, work record books) written in Russian in the original do not require translation into Ukrainian. Documents whose text is in a foreign language with its simultaneous presentation in Ukrainian, and other printed sources of literary information: brochures, equipment manuals, equipment operating instructions, etc., are not translated.
