Original language: ukПоставка Товару здійснюється власними силами та за власний рахунок Постачальника за адресою: Чернігівська обл., м. Прилуки, вул. Київська, 56, КНП «ПЦМЛ». Завантажувально-розвантажувальні роботи проводяться силами та за рахунок Постачальника. Постачальник здійснює поставку Товару Замовнику протягом 5-ти робочих днів з моменту отримання Постачальником заявки від Замовника, але не пізніше 01 червня 2026 року.
Оплата здійснюється Замовником за фактично поставлений Товар, який зазначений у видатковій накладній та відповідає Специфікації (Додаток №1), шляхом безготівкового перерахування коштів на рахунок Постачальника протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) робочих днів з дати, наступної за датою поставки.
