ATTENTION SUPPLIERS. By submitting a price proposal, the participant confirms that the proposed goods do not originate from the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran. In case of delivery of goods originating from the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran, such goods will not be accepted by the buyer, and penalty sanctions will be applied to the supplier in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. The supply of goods occurs in small batches, in quantities and assortment according to the requests of authorized persons of the Customer, within 1 working day from the moment of receiving the order for goods (excluding weekends). Delivery and unloading of goods are carried out at the Supplier's expense. Goods must be accompanied by documents proving their origin and quality upon delivery: country of manufacture, manufacturer's declaration, quality certificate of the goods, invoice, which indicates the date of manufacture, storage conditions, expiration date of the products, which are provided with each delivery of goods. The supply of goods to the place of use must be carried out by specialized transport that ensures the preservation, completeness and quality of the goods, and is equipped in accordance with the requirements approved in the prescribed manner for the transportation of food products and compliance with temperature regimes, air humidity levels, etc. Delivery is considered complete after the Customer has actually received goods of proper quality and quantity, and the invoice has been signed by authorized representatives of the Parties.
