Порядок здійснення оплати: розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником впродовж 10 календарних днів після поставки товарів та пред'явлення Постачальником рахунка на оплату за фактично поставлений товар (далі - рахунок) та після підписання Сторонами накладної (акту приймання – передачі товарів). До рахунку додаються: накладна (акт приймання-передачі товарів) та документи, що підтверджують якість поставлених товарів.
