У разі виявлення представником Замовника невідповідності якості (комплектності) або кількості Товару відвантажувальним документам, або документам про якість Товару, Постачальник за свій рахунок у термін до 10 календарних днів здійснює заміну Товару необхідної кількості, належної якості та комплектності. Неякісний Товар вважається таким, що не поставлений
