Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран. Якість товару повинна відповідати вимогам відповідних діючих нормативних документів (ГОСТ, ТУ, тощо) та чинному законодавству України. Товар, що постачається, повинн мати необхідні копії сертифікатів якості або інший подібний документ, що підтверджує відповідність товару вимогам, встановленим до нього загальнообов’язковими на території України нормами і правилами (за наявності). Учасник повинен гарантувати що терміни та умови зберігання товару не порушені.
