Спеціальне лікувальне харчування - ФКУ Нутрі 3 Енерджі (PKU Nutri 3 Energy) - 24шт.
Строк поставки товарів: до 10.12.2026р. Товар поставляється партіями відповідно до погодженого замовлення, в якому зазначається кількість товару. Строк поставки товару - протягом 5 робочих днів після заявки Замовника. В разі відсутності у Постачальника на момент подачі заявки вказаної кількості товару, Постачальник протягом одного робочого дня з моменту отримання заявки повідомляє Замовника та Сторони узгоджують інший строк поставки.
Місце поставки товару: 61166, Україна, Харківська обл., м. Харків, вулиця Єніна Євгенія, 4, 3 поверх, каб.323А. Поставка товару здійснюється Постачальником власними силами, засобами та за власний рахунок.
Товар має бути упаковано Постачальником таким чином, щоб унеможливити його втрату цілісності та функціональних властивостей під час транспортування до місця поставки Товару та під час його розвантажування у місці поставки.
До договору Постачальником надається інформація в довільній формі про кінцевих бенефіціарних власників Постачальника: прізвище, ім’я, по батькові (за наявності), країна громадянства (підданства), а в разі, коли кінцевий бенефіціарний власник - іноземець є громадянином (підданим) кількох країн, - усі країни його громадянства (підданства), а також повне найменування, місцезнаходження та ідентифікаційний код (для резидента) засновника юридичної особи, в якому така особа є кінцевим бенефіціарним власником, характер та міра (рівень, ступінь, частка) бенефіціарного володіння (вигоди, інтересу, впливу).
