Original language: ukШляхом подання пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є товаром, що походить з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України № 822. Розрахунки за переданий Товар проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником після підписання Сторонами накладної (акту) приймання-передачі Товару. Оплата за фактично переданий Товар здійснюється у безготівковій формі протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати підписання обома Сторонами накладної (акту) приймання-передачі Товару. Місце передачі Товару: 08292, Україна, Київська область, м. Буча, вул. Енергетиків,12. Строк (термін) передачі Товару: протягом 5-ти (п’яти) робочих днів з дати подачі заявки Замовником. Транспортні витрати, пов’язані з доставкою Товару до місця, занос в приміщення на території Замовника з перевіркою комплектності, цілісності та відсутності пошкоджень в присутності представників Замовника Договору, несе Постачальник.
