Продукція повинна відповідати терміну придатності. Постачання продукції проводиться по заявці Замовника за адресою Замовника: с. Вишняки, Лубенського району, вул. Шевченка, 100, склад (поставка партіями відповідного обсягу). Товар пропонований Постачальником не походить з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран. На партію поставленого товару надається сертифікат якості, протокол досліджень на вміст нітратів та інших шкідливих речовин. Продукція, яка постачається до закладу, не повинна містити генетично модифікованих організмів та повинна бути безпечною для харчування підопічних, забороняється завозити недоброякісний товар. Упаковка та тара повинні забезпечувати якість товару при перевезенні та зберіганні. Замовник оплачує 100 % вартості фактично поставленого товару шляхом перерахування грошових коштів згідно з рахунком-фактурою на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 30 банківських днів після підписання представниками Сторін накладної та акту приймального контролю (якості) Товару, за умови наявності відповідного фінансування.
