Dressing materials

The quality of the Goods supplied under the Agreement must comply with the manufacturer's standards and technical conditions, which must be confirmed by a quality document (certificate of conformity, or certificate / quality passport, or declaration of conformity to the technical regulation, etc.), established by current legislation for the proposed products (if certificates are provided in a foreign language, they must have a Ukrainian translation), which officially confirm the quality of the goods, Declaration of Conformity of the product to the Technical Regulation in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 753 of 02.10.2013. Failure to provide the listed documents before concluding the agreement will be considered a refusal to sign/conclude this agreement. The Supplier delivers the Goods in separate batches according to the specification (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement) within three working days from the date of receipt of the customer's request provided by electronic or telephone communication in the quantity requested by the customer. The moment of delivery is considered the date of arrival of the Goods at the place of delivery: KNP "Kyiv City Perinatal Center" at the addresses 03150, Kyiv, Predslavinska St., 9 and 03037, Kyiv, V. Lobanovsky Ave., 2. Unloading of goods is carried out to the warehouse of the maternity hospital by the Supplier's representatives, at its expense.
