The GOODS are delivered within the timelines agreed by the Parties. Delivery of the GOODS is carried out at the expense of the SUPPLIER to the address: Kyiv region, Vyshhorod district, Vyshhorod, Dniprovska Ave 9a, carried out through transport companies (carriers), or in another way previously agreed by the Parties. Obligations regarding the delivery of Goods are considered fulfilled from the moment the BUYER receives the Goods from the SUPPLIER with the simultaneous signing of a delivery note for the GOODS by the authorized representative of the BUYER. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the GOODS for visible damage in the presence of the carrier's representative (if the GOODS are received through a carrier) or the SUPPLIER (if the goods are received directly from the SUPPLIER's representative) at the time of receiving the GOODS. Inspection of the GOODS includes examination of the packaging and the GOODS themselves for visible defects. GOODS that have a characteristic opening method (blister packaging, shrink wrap, laminated-polyethylene packaging, metal or paper seals, thread stitching, perforation) are allowed to be inspected only for the integrity of the factory packaging, but without unpacking it.
