Йогурт питний - стакан пластиковий, фруктовий наповнювач (в асортименті) - повинен бути продукт з підвищеним вмістом сухих речовин молока, вироблений з нормалізованого по жиру та сухих речовин молока або молочних продуктів, з додавання різних харчових продуктів, ароматизаторів та харчових добавок та відповідати вимогам ДСТУ. Масова доля жирів 2,5%. Йогурт повинен бути розфасований 100 г. Зовнішній вигляд та консистенція: однорідна, в міру в’язка, при додаванні желе – кремоподібна . Смак в міру солодкий з присмаком відповідного наповнювача або ароматизатора, колір обумовлений кольором застосованого наповнювача та запах характерних для даного виду продукції. Документи, що підтверджують якість продукції. Термін придатності від загального терміну зберігання, передбаченого виробником, на час поставки не менше ніж 80%.
Товар повинен відповідати показникам безпечності та якості для харчових продуктів, що передбачені чинним законодавством, в тому числі згідно Закону України "Про основні принципи та вимоги до безпечності якості харчових продуктів", вказаному ДСТУ.
Постачальник зобов'язаний поставляти за свій рахунок товар, згідно поданих заявок, у розпорядження Замовника у кількості заявленою Замовником та з усіма документами, необхідними для того, щоб прийняти Товар на умовах цього договору, протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з моменту подання заявки Замовника. Заявка Замовника подається шляхом надсилання її на поштову адресу, або на електронну адресу, або в телефонному режимі.
Звертаємо увагу Учасників, що продукція харчової промисловості повинна постачатися спеціалізованим транспортом постачальника (фургон - рефрижератор) з дотриманням санітарних вимог, в тому числі щодо сумісності продуктів харчування. Згідно санітарно - гігієнічних норм, транспортування товару здійснюється спеціальним автотранспортом Постачальника, який має пройти санітарну обробку. У випадку не дотримання даної вимоги при здійсненні поставки товару Замовник буде ініціювати припинення/розірвання договору з вини Постачальника.або в телефонному режимі.
