Original language: uk1.Заборона товарів підсанкційного походження: Країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація, Республіка Білорусь або Ісламська Республіка Іран. Шляхом подання пропозиції постачальник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є товаром, що походить з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран, відповідно до постанови КМУ № 822 та постанови КМУ № 1178. Підтвердження країни походження товару здійснюється під час поставки документами, визначеними у проєкті Договору.
2. Умови поставки: 1.Поставка (передача) товару здійснюється транспортом учасника-переможця до складського приміщення та згідно наданих заявок замовником по графіку. 2.Розвантаження має здійснюватися працівниками учасника-переможця. 3.Накладна підписується в момент передачі товару. 4.Товар відповідає ДСТУ 2042-92 Брикети торф`яні на комунально-побутові потреби.
