Фактом подання пропозиції постачальник гарантує, що поставлений товар, не вироблений у Російській Федерації, Республіці Білорусь, Ісламській республіці Іран, та не ввезений і не буде ввезений на митну територію України в митному режимі імпорту товарів з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь, Ісламської республіки Іран. При укладанні договору постачальник зобов'язаний надати інформацію про кінцевого бенефіціарного власника або його відсутність.
Строк поставки товарів з моменту набуття чинності даного договору, але не пізніше 10 квітня 2026 року.
Заявка направляється Постачальнику шляхом передбаченим пунктом 12.2 Договору. На підтвердження отримання Заявки, Постачальник надсилає протягом одного календарного дня на електронну адресу Замовника лист-підтвердження про отримання такої Заявки. У разі відсутності листа-підтвердження у зазначений строк, Заявка вважається прийнятою Постачальником у повному обсязі та підлягає виконанню. Доказом, що свідчить про отримання Постачальником Заявки вважати лист-підтвердження про направлення заявки від адміністратора поштового домену @dpsu.gov.ua (провайдера) або документ, який підтверджує направлення паперового листа оператором поштового зв’язку (з додаванням опису вкладення).

Постачання товару здійснюється транспортом Постачальника. Транспортні засоби, що використовуються для перевезення Товару, повинні відповідати вимогам чинного законодавства України, а в осіб, які приймають участь в обігу Товару (водії, експедитори тощо) – наявні оригінали особистих медичних книжок із відмітками про своєчасне проходження ними обов’язкових профілактичних медичних оглядів.
Приймання-передавання товару між Постачальником та Замовником здійснюється з 8 год 30 хв. до 16 год 00 хв. з понеділка по п’ятницю та з 8 год 30 хв. до 12 год 00 хв. в суботу, а у поза визначений час – за письмовим зверненням однієї Сторони та погодженням іншої.
