The purchase of goods is carried out in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 178 dated March 2, 2022 "On certain issues of applying a zero rate of value added tax during the period of martial law" it is established that until the termination or cancellation of martial law, operations for the supply of goods for refueling (topping up) or maintenance of vehicles of the Armed Forces, National Guard, Security Service, Foreign Intelligence Service, State Border Guard Service, Ministry of Internal Affairs, State Emergency Service, State Security Administration, State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection, other military formations formed in accordance with the laws, their formations, military units, subdivisions, institutions or organizations financed by the state budget, for the needs of ensuring the defense of Ukraine, protecting the safety of the population and the interests of the state are subject to value added tax at a zero rate. By submitting a price proposal, the participant confirms that the offered goods are not of Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran origin. The quality of the goods must comply with the requirements of relevant current regulatory documents (GOST, TU, etc.) and current legislation of Ukraine. The supplied goods must have the necessary copies of quality certificates or other similar documents confirming the compliance of the goods with the requirements established for them by generally binding norms and rules in Ukraine (if available). The participant must guarantee that the terms and conditions of storage of the goods are not violated. The goods must be of factory production, new, without mechanical damage, repair, refurbishment, etc., and not have been previously used. The term and conditions of its storage are not violated. The packaging and marking of the Goods must comply with the established rules, standards and technical specifications of the Goods. The supplier ensures packaging of the goods necessary to prevent its damage or spoilage during transportation to the final destination. Delivery of goods to the customer and its unloading are carried out at the expense of the winner. The winner pays all expenses related to sending documents (contracts, certificates, invoices, etc.) via courier service with address delivery ("Nova Poshta" or other). Delivery time of goods - within 3 days from the moment of receiving the order from the Customer based on its necessity (by letter, fax, email, etc.), but in any case no later than 30.10.2026. Production date - not earlier than 2025
