Description

Сода кальцинована Buroclean 0,7кг - 798кг, Пральний порошок універсальний Prowash 0,4кг - в кількості 400кг. Поставка Товару здійснюється на умовах на умовах DDP (в редакції Інкотермс 2020) на склад Замовника за адресою м. Черкаси, вул. Гетьмана Сагайдачного, 12 в межах асортименту, зазначеного у заявці на придбання та видатковій (товарно-транспортній) накладній протягом 5 (п’яти) календарних днів з дня отримання Постачальником заявки від Замовника. Замовлення здійснюється в залежності від потреб Замовника партіями. Доставка Товару та розвантаження здійснюється за рахунок та силами Постачальника на склад Замовника з перевіркою цілісності, комплектності та відсутності пошкоджень в присутності представників замовника. Розрахунок за товар Замовником здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати фактичного отримання Товару від Постачальника та підписаної відповідної товарно-транспортної накладної. Відповідно до Постанови КМУ «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» від 12.10.2022р. №1178 (зі змінами) та у відповідності до Постанови КМУ " Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу" від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822 (зі змінами)
