Original language: ukЗгідно умов цієї процедури закупівлі тендерною документацією вважається сукупність інформації у вигляді заповнених електронних полів в розділі "Тендерна документація" та прикріпленого текстового документу "ТЕНДЕРНА ДОКУМЕНТАЦІЯ СОБОРНА", що містить всю іншу інформацію, передбачену згідно ст. 22 Закону та з урахуванням Особливостей.
З урахуванням обсягу фінансування видатків замовника до розгляду не приймається тендерна пропозиція, ціна якої є вищою ніж очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі, визначена замовником в оголошенні про проведення цих відкритих торгів.
Категорії замовника - підприємства, установи, організації, зазначені у пункті 3 частини першої статті 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
