Технічні характеристики товару:
Молода капуста повинна бути легкою і твердою, верхні листки блискучі та соковиті.
Огірки мають бути темно-зелені з твердою тонкою шкірою, невеликі за розміром.
Кріп та петрушка зелень із свіжим листям, темно-зеленого кольору без жодної жовтизни.
Овочі мають бути достатньої зрілості, без ознак гнилі, механічних пошкоджень та пошкоджень шкідниками. Колір має відповідати сорту товару, без плям. Товар має відповідати діючим стандартам та нормам відповідної групи товарів.
Фасування: картонні, пластикові або дерев'янні ящики.
