Привільна, 136-Б, 54039 та несе всі витрати та ризики, пов'язані з його доставкою до місця поставки Продукції, включаючи оплату відповідних податків і інших зборів.
Строк поставки Продукції – протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів після надходження заявки від Замовника, але не пізніше 30.11.2026 р.
Відповідно до положень постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 02 березня 2022 року № 178 «Деякі питання обкладення податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного стану» з 24.02.2022 і до припинення чи скасування воєнного стану операції з постачання товарів для заправки транспорту (паливо-мастильні матеріали – бензин та дизельне паливо) Державної служби України з надзвичайних ситуацій для потреб забезпечення оборони України, захисту безпеки населення та інтересів держави обкладаються податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою.
