Обґрунтування встановлені Замовником товари з конкретним маркуванням), обумовлено виробничою необхідністю високої якості матеріалів, відповідності нормативним вимогам та сумісності з іншими спеціальними частинами та вузлами під час виконання ремонтних робіт на трамвайних вагонах. За технічними та експлуатаційними властивостями, наведеними спеціалістами з технічної частини замовника, матеріали мають нормативну та експлуатаційну сумісність встановленим вимогам, та задовольняють потреби замовника. Очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі визначена в межах запланованих витрат, з урахуванням вимог Наказу Мінекономіки від 12.02.2020 р. за № 275 «Про затвердження примірної методики визначення очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі», за отриманими пропозиціями
