Original language: ukЗакупівля здійснюється відповідно до вимог Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та «Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування», затверджених постановою Кабінету міністрів України від 12.10.2022 №1178 (зі змінами).
Усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та підготовлені безпосередньо учасником для участі у цій процедурі закупівлі, викладаються українською мовою. * Примітка У разі надання учасником у складі тендерної пропозиції будь-яких документів іноземною мовою, виданих органами державної влади, підприємствами/установами/ організаціями, такі документи повинні бути перекладені українською мовою та обов’язково завірені підписом і печаткою (у разі її використання) учасника, або бюро перекладів/перекладачем, або нотаріусом. (відповідальність за якість та достовірність перекладу несе учасник). Проектна, технічна документація, особисті документи (водійські посвідчення, паспорти, трудові книжки) які викладені в оригіналі російською мовою, не потребує перекладу українською мовою. Не перекладаються документи, текст яких викладено іноземною мовою з одночасним його викладенням українською мовою та інші друковані джерела літературної інформації: буклети, паспорти на обладнання, інструкції з експлуатації обладнання тощо.
