Non-chemical and hematological disposable medical supplies

By submitting a price proposal, the participant confirms that the proposed goods do not originate from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, or the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In order to comply with the provisions of Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", which states that one of the principles of public procurement is fair competition among participants and their non-discrimination, the request is announced without VAT. In order to ensure equal evaluation conditions for all participants, the participant, regardless of their tax status, enters information about the price of their proposal into the electronic procurement system without including VAT. When concluding a procurement contract, VAT will be charged in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

In accordance with paragraph 66 of the Procedure for the formation and use of an electronic catalog, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 14, 2020 No. 822, the customer concludes an agreement with the winner of the selection no later than five calendar days from the date the electronic procurement system determines the supplier as the winner of the selection. In case of justified need, the period for concluding the agreement may be extended up to 10 calendar days.
An agreement between the customer and the winner of the selection is concluded in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
The terms of the agreement cannot differ from the terms defined by the customer in the request for supplier proposals, in particular in the draft agreement, which is an integral part of the request for supplier proposals, and/or the proposal of the winner of the selection, except for the case of reducing the contract price without changing the volume.
In order to ensure timely and proper conclusion of the procurement contract, the winner of the selection must provide the customer with the following within 5 calendar days from the date the electronic procurement system determines the supplier as the winner of the selection:
1. The draft agreement, which is an appendix to the request, filled out in 2 copies, with all appendices, signed by the authorized representative of the winner of the selection and sealed (if used);
2. A copy or original document of the right to sign the procurement contract.
