Original language: ukПід кількістю 1 послуга слід розуміти обсяг згідно ТС (Технічна специфікація). Учасник визначає ціни на послугу , що він пропонує виконати за договором про закупівлю без ПДВ, але з урахуванням усіх витрат, передбачених для послуги .
При укладенні договору про закупівлю, у сумі договору повинен враховуватися податок на додану вартість у разі, коли учасник є платником податку на додану вартість, а операція з надання послуги , що він пропонує виконати за договором про закупівлю підлягає оподаткуванню податком на додану вартість.До 31.12.2026 р. або до повного виконання сторонами зобов’язань.
Встановлення строку виконання поточного ремонту до 31.12.2026 року та строку дії договору і здійснення розрахунків до 31.12.2027 року обумовлене необхідністю забезпечення належного виконання договірних зобов’язань в умовах поетапного фінансування. Такий підхід зумовлений відсутністю повного обсягу бюджетних асигнувань у 2026 році та дозволяє замовнику здійснити оплату виконаного поточного ремонту у межах фактично передбачених коштів без порушення вимог бюджетного законодавства.
