Procurement in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1178 dated 12.10.2022, clause 11 (as amended). The supply of goods is carried out in minimal batches daily (except weekends) from 06:00 to 07:00 according to the Buyer's preliminary orders. The order is determined by the Buyer depending on the actual need and is sent to the Supplier in oral form (by phone) and/or written form (including via email, social media messengers, etc.). The dates and times of goods delivery may be changed by the Buyer, taking into account the institution's needs. Food products are supplied according to established shipment norms in containers and packaging that ensures their preservation during transportation. Products must be labeled and packaged in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the main principles and requirements for the safety and quality of food products". The shelf life of goods with a limited shelf life at the time of delivery must be at least 90% of that determined by the manufacturer of the said goods.
