By submitting a price proposal, the Supplier confirms that the proposed product does not originate from the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran.
The price must include direct, overhead, and administrative costs, including, but not limited to: transportation costs, additional payments to employees due to travel time loss, communication, insurance, special equipment, as well as a economically justified profit that the Supplier plans to receive from the sale, funds to cover risks and/or additional costs associated with inflation, all taxes and fees, mandatory payments to be paid or to be paid by the Supplier for the delivery of the Goods, including value-added tax, and other expenses necessary for the performance of the Contract project until its full completion, including the costs of delivering documents.
1.1. The Goods must be duly registered in Ukraine in the manner prescribed by law and comply with national and/or international standards.
1.2. Delivery of the Goods is carried out at the Supplier's expense.
1.3. Delivery of the Goods is carried out on DDP terms – Customer's warehouse (in accordance with the requirements of International Rules "Incoterms-2010") at the address: Vinnytsia, Khmelnytske highway, 96.
The Goods must be delivered by the Supplier upon the Customer's order in separate batches within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the order. Orders are sent to the Supplier by e-mail or by phone, as indicated in the contract details.
Payment for the delivered batch of goods is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the ordered batch of goods of proper quality to the Customer's warehouse based on the delivery note. Loading and unloading operations are included in the cost of the goods and are carried out by the Supplier, including bringing the goods into the Customer's warehouse.
The shelf life of the subject of procurement must be at least 80% of the storage period at the time of delivery, which is indicated in the accompanying documentation for each batch of goods or on the label and is considered the warranty period, which is calculated from the date of manufacture of the Goods.
In case of delivery of goods of inadequate quality, the period for replacement of goods by the Participant is 2 days from the moment of establishing the circumstances regarding the non-compliance of the goods with the established quality characteristics.
1.4. The conclusion of the contract based on the results of the procurement is carried out in paper form with the signatures and seals of authorized representatives, without the possibility of signing the contract using an electronic digital signature. Before concluding the contract, the Winner/Supplier sends the draft contract to the e-mail address indicated on the platform or in the draft contract for approval.
ATTENTION! The characteristics of the goods offered by the Participant must be reflected in the specification posted on the electronic platform and comply with the characteristics of the goods defined by the Customer in the draft contract. In this case, the name of the goods may differ from that indicated by the Customer in the request, but the characteristics must be as indicated by the Customer.
Before placing a proposal, we recommend that Participants familiarize themselves with the terms of the draft contract and the requirements for the subject of procurement, as the profile fields may contain incomplete information compared to the description of the goods specified in the description of the goods.
If the goods offered by the Participant do not meet the characteristics defined by the Customer, the Participant's proposal will be rejected as not meeting the terms of the announced procurement and the terms of the contract.
