Учасник повинен мати розвинену мережу власних, орендованих та/або партнерських стаціонарних автозаправних станцій (далі – АЗС) які знаходяться на відстані не більше 17 км від юридичної адреси Замовника (не менше двох автозаправних станцій). Строк дії талонів/карток на видачу пального має становити не менше 12 місяців з дня їх отримання. У разі, якщо Учасник здійснює перехід на талони/картки нового зразка, він повинен здійснити рівноцінний обмін талонів/карток старого зразку, що залишилися у Замовника та не були реалізовані, на талони/картки нового зразка, в тому числі стосовно талонів/карток, що залишились у Замовника після закінчення строку їх дії. Учасник здійснює поставку товару Замовнику у талонах/картках номіналом 10,15, 20 або 30 літрів у будь-яких пропорціях. Поставка товару здійснюється за рахунок Учасника. Джерело фінансування – місцевий бюджет.Оплата товару проводиться Замовником у національні грошовій одиниці України на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів після отримання Товару на підставі видаткових накладних підписаних сторонами. Закупівля здійснюється відповідно ОСОБЛИВОСТЕЙ здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі" на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в України та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування затвердених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 №1178.Країною походження товару не може бути російська федерація / республіка білорусь / ісламська республіка іран.
