Vegetables and fruits

1. Comparison of participant proposals is carried out without taking into account the amount of value added tax. The participant indicates the total price excluding VAT.

2. The participant whose proposal is recognized as economically advantageous by the electronic procurement system must provide the following documents to the customer's email address: SheYN@rnpp.atom.gov.ua, indicating the subject of procurement and the procurement identifier (in the format UA-2026-XX-XX-XXXXXX-Y) no later than 2 working days from the moment of evaluation:
- completed draft agreement,
- completed specification in accordance with the appendix to the agreement.

3. The country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran.

4. Required delivery period for goods:
The parties have agreed that the goods are supplied by the Supplier in separate batches, twice a week. The quantity and assortment of each batch and the delivery date of the goods are determined by the Customer's requests, which are sent by the Customer to the Supplier's email address no later than 2 calendar days before the delivery date. The final delivery date of the last batch of goods is by December 31, 2026.

5. Place and conditions of delivery:
Delivery place – URB base, Varash, Rivne region, on DDP terms according to the rules of "Incoterms-2010". When delivering goods, a deviation from the actual indicators regarding the total quantity and volume from those specified in the specification in the lower direction is allowed, if it is related to the specifics of packaging or packing, shipment of goods, while the maximum size of the permissible deviation cannot exceed 0.5% of that specified in the specification.
