By submitting a price proposal, the participant confirms that the proposed goods are not of origin from the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Buyer by "15" June 2026, but the Seller reserves the right to deliver the Goods early to the address: Heroiv Ukrainy street, 7, Sencha village, Myrhorod district, Poltava region, 37254, Ukraine, by agreement with the Buyer.
Ownership of the delivered Goods passes from the Seller to the Buyer from the moment of actual transfer of the Goods to the Buyer against properly executed delivery notes.

The supply of Goods is carried out by the Seller's transport and at the Seller's expense on DPU terms according to Incoterms 2020 (Delivered at Place Unloaded). Supply of Goods by delivery services, courier services, etc., is not allowed.

Upon acceptance of the Goods, the Buyer has 5 (five) working days to verify the compliance of the Goods with the terms of this Agreement and the product specification indicated in the electronic catalog of the procurement electronic system. In case of detection of Goods that do not comply with the terms of this Agreement and the product specification indicated in the electronic catalog of the procurement electronic system (shortage, incompleteness of goods; non-compliance in nomenclature, form of release, packaging, trade name; non-compliance in quality, absence of documents certifying the quality of goods, etc.), the Buyer draws up a corresponding Act, which is the basis for additional delivery and/or replacement, and/or return of non-conforming goods to the Seller.
In case of claims regarding the quantity or quality of the Goods, the Seller must replace the non-conforming Goods or deliver the missing quantity of Goods within 2 working days from the date of receipt of claims from the Buyer.
