1. Approximate place of delivery, Consignee and quantity of Goods: indicated in Table No. 1 of this Appendix. The Buyer will inform the Supplier in writing about the exact place of delivery of the Goods within the period specified by this Agreement. 2. The remaining shelf life of the Goods at the time of delivery to the Buyer must be at least 80% of the total shelf life established by the manufacturer. Tolerance: a tolerance of up to 10% reduction is allowed for this product. 3. Packaging: The Goods must be in packaging that corresponds to the nature of the goods and protects them from damage during delivery. The packaging must contain all necessary information about the goods, in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. 4. Goods Marking: must contain mandatory information provided by current legislation for food products and comply with the requirements of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhspozhyvsluzhba). 5. Transportation: the delivery of products must be carried out by the Supplier's transport, appropriately equipped for the transportation of products under the contract. Transportation costs for delivery of goods to the destination are included in the price of the goods. 6. Requirements for containers and packaging: the container (packaging) must be undamaged and ensure the complete integrity of the Goods and their proper appearance during transportation. The cost of the container (packaging) is included in the total cost (price) of the goods. The container (packaging) is non-returnable. 7. Quality requirements: the quality of the Goods must comply with the safety and quality indicators for food products, current regulatory documents approved in the manner prescribed by law, and comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine of 23.12.1997 No. 771/97-VR (as amended) "On the basic principles and requirements for the safety and quality of food products". The Goods must not contain substances hazardous to the body, including artificial colorants, preservatives, flavorings, GMOs, etc. Each batch of Goods must be accompanied by documents confirming its origin, safety and quality, date of manufacture or shelf life, storage conditions. The country of origin of the proposed goods cannot be the Russian Federation, Belarus, or the Islamic Republic of Iran. 8. Documents provided by the Supplier at the stage of Goods delivery: manufacturer's declaration or quality certificate in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine or other similar document for the Goods supplied. 9. Delivery period: Delivery of Goods - within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of a written Order from the Buyer, but no later than 31.12.2026. 10. Delivery terms (INCOTERMS - 2020): DDP consignee's warehouse.
