This tender covers the supply of bulk cottage cheese and bulk hard cheese. Payment arrangements specify that the Customer will remit payment within 10 calendar days following the delivery of goods and the submission of an invoice and a signed acceptance-transfer act by the Supplier. The invoice must be supported by the acceptance-transfer act and quality certification documents. All contractual paperwork must comply with the prevailing laws of Ukraine. Should the Customer face funding delays, payment will be processed within 10 working days of the Customer receiving the necessary funds. The Supplier is responsible for delivering the goods, at their own cost, to the Customer's premises, along with all requisite documentation.
