The supply of Goods is carried out by the Supplier in accordance with the Buyer's application within 10 (ten) calendar days. The application for the Goods is transferred to the Supplier on any business day of the week by telephone and/or electronic communication, to the supplier's email address. The final deadline for delivery of goods is no later than 30.06.2026.
Settlements for the Goods are carried out in accordance with the Budget Code of Ukraine, in the national currency of Ukraine, by cashless transfer of funds from the Buyer's account to the Supplier's account on the basis of invoices (outgoing invoices) provided by the Supplier and the Acceptance Certificate of goods, signed by the supplier and the buyer or their respective authorized persons.
Payment for the Goods is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods. In case of delay in budget financing, payment for the delivered Goods is made within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the budget allocation for financing the procurement to its registration account.
The country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, or the Islamic Republic of Iran.
