Original language: ukУсі документи, що входять до складу тендерної пропозиції, та підготовлені безпосередньо учасником-резидентом України, повинні бути складені українською мовою. Усі інші документи, у разі неможливості надання документів українською мовою, можуть бути надані іноземною мовою, також додатково надається переклад на українську мову. Якщо учасник торгів не є резидентом України, він може подавати свою пропозицію іноземною мовою та надати переклад українською мовою. Достовірність інформації, зазначеної в перекладі документу, має бути засвідчена підписом учасника. Офіційні документи, видані органом іноземної держави учаснику, повинні бути легалізовані в установленому в Україні порядку або засвідчені шляхом проставлення апостилю з додаванням перекладу цих документів українською мовою та з урахуванням пунктів 11 та 12 статті 34 та статті 79 Закону України «Про нотаріат». Стандартні характеристики, вимоги, умовні позначення у вигляді скорочень та термінологія, пов’язана з товарами, що закуповуються, передбачені існуючими міжнародними або національними стандартами, нормами та правилами, викладаються мовою їх загальноприйнятого застосування.
