Original language: uk1.4. Постачальник гарантує, що країною походження Товару, який буде поставлятися Замовнику, як на дату поставки, так і на дату укладення цього Договору не є російська федерація / республіка білорусь / ісламська республіка іран.
5.8. З метою запобігання закупівлі фальсифікатів та отримання гарантій на своєчасне постачання товару у кількості та якості, яких вимагають умови закупівлі та критерії профілю, Постачальник, як Переможець відбору, зобов’язаний надати Покупцю, під час укладання Договору, гарантії можливості поставки предмета закупівлі. У якості таких гарантій, Переможець відбору надає у електронному вигляді скан з оригіналів документів від виробника(ів) (представника, представництва філії виробника – якщо їх відповідні повноваження поширюються на територію України), офіційного дистриб’ютора (з наданням підтверджуючих документів щодо таких повноважень для представника, представництва, філії виробника, офіційного дистриб’ютора у вигляді довіреностей, авторизаційних листів, тощо), засвідчені підписом та печаткою. Текст документу повинен включати: назву Покупця, Переможця відбору, предмет закупівлі згідно оголошення про запит пропозиції постачальників, номер закупівлі у системі PROZORRO,найменування та кількість одиниць товару, що постачається.
