Строк придатності товару на момент поставки Покупцю повинен становити не менше 75% від загального терміну придатності встановленого виробником.
Товар, що є предметом закупівлі повинен бути виключно новим і таким, що не був у використанні. Не допускається поставка виставочних та дослідних зразків Товару.
Якість товару повинна відповідати встановленим нормативними актами України вимогам щодо якості такого роду/виду товарів.
Товар постачається в упаковці (тарі), що забезпечує його захист від пошкодження або псування під час транспортування, вантажно-розвантажувальних робіт та зберігання.
Товар має доставлятися на склад Замовника. Поставка товару здійснюється виключно за рахунок Учасника-переможця (в подальшому Постачальника).
Товар повинен бути поставлений Замовнику за попередньою заявкою Замовника протягом 5 робочих днів з моменту подання заявки. За погодженням Сторін, Постачальник має право на дострокову передачу Товару.
Оплата за Товар проводиться за фактом поставки протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів.
