Payment for the goods is made only after their actual receipt by the Buyer on the basis of properly executed invoices, sales invoices from the Seller within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of receipt of the goods and relevant documents that are the basis for payment. The Seller's invoice and delivery note are the basis for payment. The Seller delivers and transfers the Goods to the Buyer on DDP terms (in accordance with the official rules for interpreting trade terms of the International Chamber of Commerce Incoterms 2010 edition) to the final destination located at: Cherkasy region, Cherkasy district, village Orshantsi. The delivery of the Goods is carried out at the expense and by the Seller's transport. The delivery period is until 01.12.2026. 5.2. The transfer of goods by the Seller is carried out within five days from the date of receipt of the written request from the Buyer. In any case, the request for the transfer of Goods must be provided by the Buyer no later than 5 days from the date of signing this agreement and the specification for the supply of a batch of Goods by the parties. If the request is not received by the Seller within this period, the Seller has the right to deliver the Goods immediately after the expiration of the period for submitting the request for the transfer of Goods. The goods cannot be manufactured in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
