Electricity, without distribution

This tender concerns the supply of electricity, excluding distribution services, to the Delatyn Lyceum No. 1 of the Delatyn Village Council. The supplier commits to delivering electrical energy to the Consumer from an unspecified start date until March 31, 2026. The commencement of electricity supply will be as indicated in the Application-Agreement, which serves as Appendix 1 to the contract. The Consumer retains the right to freely change suppliers in accordance with the established procedures and the terms of this agreement. The supplier is explicitly prohibited from demanding any payment for electricity beyond what is stipulated in the commercial offer, detailed in Appendix No. 2. Payment for the electricity supplied will be made by the Consumer via non-cash transfer to the supplier's account. Payment is considered complete upon the full crediting of the agreed amount to the supplier's account. The supplier's account details will be clearly stated on all payment documents. Invoices for consumed electricity are to be paid in full within 30 calendar days following the signing of the Act by both parties, as per the commercial offer. All payment documents issued by the supplier must contain precise details regarding the payment amount, method, and deadlines, as agreed upon by the parties. Furthermore, these documents must include contact information, including addresses, phone numbers, and official websites, for inquiries, complaints, and reporting of any threats to electrical safety.
