Fresh Pears

This tender concerns the supply of fresh pears to the customer. The supplier is obligated to deliver the goods within 3 calendar days of receiving the customer's order, but no later than December 10, 2026. Delivery will be made by the supplier's transport and at the supplier's expense to the customer's warehouse in Zhytomyr. Orders will be placed via phone or in writing, specifying the required quantities. Payment for the delivered goods will be made by the customer within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. In cases of delays in budget financing, payment will be processed within 3 calendar days of the customer receiving the allocated budget for the procurement.
