Базис поставки – DDP згідно міжнародних комерційних умов «Інкотермс-2020». Відвантаження Товару здійснюється силами та засобами Постачальника. Постачальник зобов’язаний поставити Товар однією партією в обсязі 100 % (сто відсотків) протягом 15 (п’ятнадцять) календарних днів з дати подання заявки Покупцем. Заявка на поставку Товару подається в порядку, визначеному п. 9.6. Договору.
Постачальник зобов’язаний поставити Товар повністю до 30.04.2026 (включно).
Країною-походження товару не може бути російська федерація/республіка білорусь/ісламська республіка іран.
