1. Place of delivery, Consignee and quantity of Goods: indicated in Table No. 1 of this Appendix. The Buyer shall notify the Supplier in writing of the exact place of delivery of the Goods within the period specified by this Agreement.
2. Manufacturing period: at least 80% of the total shelf life.
3. Packaging: The Goods must be in packaging that corresponds to the nature of the goods and protects them from damage during delivery. The packaging must contain all necessary information about the goods, in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.
4. Marking of Goods: must contain mandatory information provided by current legislation for food products and comply with the requirements of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhspozhyvsluzhba).
5. Transportation: delivery of products must be carried out by the Supplier's transport, appropriately equipped for the transportation of products under the contract. Transportation costs for delivery of goods to the destination are included in the price of the goods.
6. Requirements for packaging and packing: packaging (packing) is undamaged and must ensure the complete integrity of the Goods and a proper appearance during transportation. The cost of packaging (packing) is included in the total cost (price) of the goods. Packaging (packing) is non-returnable.
7. Quality requirements: the quality of the Goods must comply with the safety and quality indicators for food products, current regulatory documents approved in the manner prescribed by law, comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine of 23.12.1997 No. 771/97-VR (as amended) "On the basic principles and requirements for the safety and quality of food products". The Goods must not contain substances dangerous to the body, including artificial colorants, preservatives, flavorings, GMOs, etc. Each batch of Goods must be accompanied by documents confirming its origin, safety and quality, date of manufacture or shelf life, storage conditions.
8. The country of origin of the proposed goods cannot be the Russian Federation, Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran.
9. Documents provided by the Supplier at the stage of product supply: manufacturer's declaration or quality certificate in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine or other similar document for the proposed goods.
10. Delivery period: delivery in batches, according to the request after signing the contract, within 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's request for shipment of a batch of Goods, but no later than 30.09.2026. Requests are provided by the Buyer by phone or email.
11. Delivery terms (INCOTERMS - 2020): DDP consignee warehouses.
