Electricity, with distribution

This tender concerns the supply of electricity, including distribution services. The duration of the supply contract is established from the date specified in the application for the electricity supply agreement, as per Appendix 4, up to and including December 31, 2026. The Consumer will provide this application in accordance with the requirements and procedures set forth in the "Rules for the Use of Electrical Energy" (ПРРЕЕ). The supply of electricity under this agreement is intended to meet the needs of the Consumer's designated electricity consumption facility (facilities), as detailed in Table No. 1 of Appendix 1 to the Agreement. These facilities must be connected to the network of the relevant distribution system operator, as identified in Appendix 2 of the Agreement. Payment for the electricity supplied will be processed based on an Act signed by both Parties, following the format specified in Appendix 3 of this Agreement. Payment is due within 10 working days from the date the Consumer signs the Act for the relevant billing period. A critical condition for this tender is that the country of origin for the goods cannot be the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, or the Islamic Republic of Iran. The procurement is being conducted by the Rososhanska Village Council, with the primary item being Electricity (CPV: 09310000-5).
