Original language: uk1. Орієнтовне місце поставки, Вантажоотримувач та кількість Товару: вказані в Таблиці №2 Додатку до Договору. Про точне місце поставки Товару Покупець письмово повідомляє Постачальника протягом строку, визначеного Договором.
2. Строк поставки товару: протягом 30 календарних днів з дати підписання договору.
3. Вимоги до якості: Товар новий та відповідає встановленим технічним вимогам.
4. Вимоги до тари та упаковки: Тара (упаковка) повинна забезпечувати повну цілісність Товару при транспортуванні усіма видами транспорту. Вартість тари (упаковки) включено в загальну вартість (ціну) Товару. Тара (упаковка) – незворотна.
5. Вимоги до транспортування: транспортування таким видом транспорту, що відповідає правилам перевезення, умовам навантаження та кріплення вантажів, що діють для певного виду транспорту, із забезпеченням захисту виробів від пошкодження та атмосферних впливів, цілісності пакування та якості виробів. При транспортуванні та зберіганні виробів повинні бути прийняті заходи для захисту їх від механічних пошкоджень, дії атмосферних опадів та теплової дії (прилади опалювання, пряме сонячне проміння). Транспортування та зберігання виробів згідно з інструкцією виробника.
6. Перелік супровідних документів, що надаються під час поставки кожної партії Товару:
