Office paper (paper products)

1. Estimated place of delivery, Consignee and quantity of Goods: indicated in Table No. 2 of the Appendix to the Agreement. The Buyer will inform the Supplier in writing about the exact place of delivery of the Goods within the period specified by the Agreement.
2. Delivery period of goods: within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the agreement.
3. Quality requirements: The Goods are new and comply with the established technical requirements.
4. Packaging requirements: Packaging must ensure the complete integrity of the Goods during transportation by all types of transport. The cost of packaging is included in the total cost (price) of the Goods. Packaging is non-returnable.
5. Transportation requirements: transportation by a type of transport that complies with the rules of carriage, loading and securing of cargo in effect for a specific type of transport, ensuring the protection of products from damage and atmospheric influences, the integrity of packaging and the quality of products. During transportation and storage of products, measures must be taken to protect them from mechanical damage, atmospheric precipitation and heat (heating devices, direct sunlight). Transportation and storage of products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
6. List of accompanying documents provided during the delivery of each batch of Goods:
Manufacturer's document on product quality (passport or certificate or other similar document) for the supplied Goods, if provided by the manufacturer.
7. The country of origin of the proposed goods cannot be the Russian Federation, Belarus, or the Islamic Republic of Iran.
