Description

Постачальник забезпечує доставку, розвантаження товару Замовнику за адресою: м. Львів вул. Клепарівська 35, 4 партіями протягом 2026 року (згідно із заявками замовника протягом 24 годин після поданої заявки) з 09.00 до 13:00 год. та з 14.00 до 17.00 год спецтранспортом постачальника.
Граничний термін поставки (передачі) Товару Замовнику – 15.12.2026 р.
Замовник здійснює оплату Постачальнику протягом 30 робочих днів після постачання Товару, платежами у розмірах фактично поставленого Товару у межах отриманого фінансування з Державного бюджету України. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється впродовж 10 (десяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання Замовником бюджетних призначень на свій рахунок. У такому випадку штрафні санкції до Замовника не застосовуються.
Розрахунок за поставлений Товар (частину Товару) здійснюється Замовником на підставі належним чином оформленої накладної відповідно до статті 49 Бюджетного Кодексу України.
Усі розрахунки за Договором проводяться у гривні в безготівковій формі.
