Відповідно до п. 4.2. Договору місце поставки Товару:
• Новокостянтинівська шахта ДП «СхідГЗК», с. Олексіївка, Новоукраїнський район, Кіровоградська область;
• ГМЗ ДП «СхідГЗК», вул. Залізнична, 13, м. Жовті Води, Дніпропетровська область.
Оплата Товару здійснюється впродовж 60-ти календарних днів з дати поставки (передачі) Товару та підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін видаткової накладної.
Постачальник гарантує, що країною походження Товару не є Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/ Ісламська Республіка Іран.
