Envelopes for official correspondence

In order to ensure equal conditions for participation in the procurement and evaluation of tender proposals, the participant, regardless of their tax system, shall indicate the price of the tender proposal without VAT in the electronic procurement system. In the event that the winner of the procurement procedure is a VAT payer, VAT will be charged upon conclusion of the procurement contract in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. The proposed goods must comply with the requirements and characteristics established in the Announcement. The goods are delivered at the supplier's expense on post-payment terms. The delivery period of the Goods is within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of the Customer's request. Delivery and unloading of the Goods are carried out at the supplier's expense to the Customer's warehouse address: 21050, Vinnytsia region, Vinnytsia city, Monastirska street, building 33. The country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation / Republic of Belarus / Islamic Republic of Iran.
